Dr. Tomovski is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Parker University School of Chiropractic in Dallas. He is dedicated to improving lives by educating others on the benefits of chiropractic care.
He began his career in Dallas working in injury and pediatric clinics. While seeing thousands of patients over his time there, he found many of the chronic injuries he was treating had one thing in common – the patient had a previous motor vehicle injury that was not treated properly. He brought this knowledge with him to the Grand Strand and has stressed the importance of PROPERLY rehabilitating motor vehicle injuries in order to avoid future complications.
Dr. Tomovski knows the first part of treating these injuries is to properly diagnose them. He utilizes specialty flexion/extension xrays to diagnose ligament stability, something often missed by hospitals. He uses electric stims, traction, myofascial release, and dry needling to stop the pain and swelling early in the injury, and then chiropractic adjustments, weighted traction, isometric exercise, and neuromuscular re education to strengthen and rehab the injured joints properly. He likes to say that ‘the extra work is worth the better outcome’.
Dr. Tomovski lives in Murrells Inlet with his wife Rachel, and their sons Braedon, and Logan. He enjoys playing tennis with his boys, water sports with the family, and vegetable gardening.
